FAQ - Shipments
1 – What shipping methods do you offer?
For mainland Portugal we ship orders by CTT Expresso, with delivery on the next business day. For the islands we use CTT Quick, with delivery in 2 working days. For Spain we use EMS 19 with delivery on the next business day in the main Spanish cities and in 48 hours in the other locations, for Balearic and Canary Islands the delivery time is 2 days.
2 – How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as the order is shipped, we send a confirmation email with the tracking information online. You can also log in to the customer area and check the status of your orders.
3 – How can I know where my order is?
You can consult the site www.ctt.pt and in search of objects insert the number that was sent to you in the e-mail for confirmation of shipment.
