1 – What is the minimum order quantity?

Liionforce has no minimum order quantity. You can order one unit or as many as you wish.


2 – What should I do to order online? What happens next?

To order online, you must select the desired product using the navigation menu or the search engine. You can search for the product by the original part number or by the notebook model where the product will serve. Then you must add it to the shopping cart and follow the steps until you complete the order. When the order is complete, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, and when an order for dispatch, you will receive a new email with the shipping information.


3 – Can I place an order by phone?

Yes of course. You can contact us by calling 239 496 162 during working hours. One of our sales assistants will be happy to accept your order. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.


4 – How do I know if a product is available?

The website contains this information, however for products not available, you can contact us by phone 239 980400 or email sales@liionforce.com to know the expected arrival date.


5 – How long does it take to send the order?

If the order is placed by 18:00 the shipment will be made on the same day. Typically the customer receives the order the next business day.


6 – How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately or send us an email with the subject “Order cancellation”, including your name and order number. We all do our best to ship your order on the same day, so if it has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it. However, after ordering, you can return it under our conditions for returning orders.
