1 – Can I return or exchange a product?

2 – Can I be reimbursed?

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, we will be happy to exchange it for another one, or issue a credit note, or, for non-reseller customers, refund the amount in the same way as the payment was made. These conditions are valid as long as the product is returned to us within a maximum period of 15 days. After the initial 15-day period, the product cannot be refunded, however it still has the warranty conditions of 1 year.


3 – Can I return a product for any reason and be fully refunded?

No, we cannot refund shipping costs, unless it was our mistake.
